Tempesta Trio Hand ShowerI was basically pleased. Fairly easy to install. Instructions OK, but it wasn't clear to me that part that holds the shower head only works one way. Until I figured out to turn it upside down I thought it was the wrong piece. This meant that it put the handset to the right of the bar when I would have preferred it be on the left.
The wall brackets are made out of plastic they look OK but I thought they would be metal.
Also, if you will be mounting the bottom bracket to a shower stall wall or on tile - and the top bracket will be mounting to the wall (without tile or beyond the top of the shower stall wall) - then you will need an extra part, a "spacer" to make up the difference. I wish I had been told before hand that I might need this. I took a long time to deliver one little part and it was expensive - especially considering what it cost for all the rest of it. I presume this is a problem for ALL shower-bar units, unless some come with a spacer included. Really, they all should.
You will also need a right angle piece of some kind where the hose attaches to the wall. It would look lame attached to the old pipe sticking out that the shower head used to be attached to.

The best faucet I have ever had!I did a lot of research when looking for a new faucet. The Grohe Eurostyle was my favorite but the price scared me a bit. Once I found FixtureUniverse.com I was so excited. Best price I could find anywhere and shipping was early!

Great Hand Heald Rain Shower HeadWe recently bought a new home and the shower has only a hand held shower head. In our other house we had a nice 9" rain shower type head and loved it. When we moved to our new place my husband kept complaining about our new shower. We bought another Grohe hand held, but were still unsatisfied. I happened upon this websight and found the PERFECT shower head and now we're both VERY happy. It looks great, we didn't have to complpetly tear out the bathroom tiles and re-do the plumbing for a new shower head. Thank you Grohe and Thank You Fixture Universe! We're Happy!!!
